Original BACARDI® Mojito

INGREDIENTS

1 Part BACARDI Rum

3 Parts Club Soda

12 Mint Leaves

1/2 Lime

1/2 Part Sugar

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 part sugar and 1/2 lime in a glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add BACARDI, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel.

 

BACARDI® Mojito Cocktail

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. BACARDI® SUPERIOR Rum

12 Fresh Mint Leaves

1/2 Lime, Sliced

2 Tbsp. Simple Syrup or Sugar

Top With Club Soda

Muddle mint leaves and lime in a tall glass. Cover with simple syrup

and fill glass with ice. Add BACARDI® Rum and top with club soda; stir well.

Garnish glass with lime wedge and sprigs of mint.

Traditional Cuban Mojito

INGREDIENTS

1 oz BACARDI® Light Rum

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp KEY LIME juice

6"" sprig of mint

Ice

3 oz Club Soda

two dashes of Angostura Bitters

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

In a Collins glass, place sugar, lime juice and mint. Crush mint stalk with pestle and muddle with juice and sugar. Add Rum, Ice to top of glass, top off with club soda and two dashes of bitters. Stir well. Enjoy!

Mojito Martini

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz. BACARDI Limon

1/2 oz. lemon vodka

1/2 lime, quartered

8 mint leaves

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

Fill a martini glass with crushed ice to chill.

Fill a shaker half full with crushed ice. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and shake for about 1 minute. Remove ice from glass and pour in the mojito.

Virgin Mojito

Ingredients

12 Fresh Mint Leaves

1/2 Lime, Sliced

2 Tbsp.Simple Syrup or Sugar

Club Soda or Sprite/Ginger ale

Serving Instructions

In a tall glass place your 12 mint leaves, your half a lime and simple syrup or sugar. Muddle it all together to let the flavors combine. Fill your glass to the top with ice. Now top off the drink with your Club Soda/Ginger ale or Sprite which ever you prefer to use taste wise so experiment. After you top it with soda stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint and a lime wheel.

Simple Syrup 1

INGREDIENTS

Water, sugar and mint. Heat water and dissolve sugar. A few minutes after taking the syrup off of the heat, add a handful of crushed fresh mint to the mixture to infuse your mint flavor.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

Keep syrup in refrigerator for up to a month

 

Simple Syrup 2

INGREDIENTS

2 parts sugar

3 parts water

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

Fill Bottle with sugar to the halfway mark. Add hot water up to the start of the bottleneck. Cover the top and shake well. At this point, the water level will drop. Add a little more water, cover and shake until clear. Store in a cool, dry place.

Simple Syrup 3

Combine equal parts sugar and hot water in a bottle or covered container. Shake or stir until sugar dissolves. Let mixture cool before using.
